I chose to become a physician out of passion, and I love my work. I always strive to do it to the best of my abilities, with conscientiousness and morality, using the principles of evidence-based medicine.
After completing my Medical Degree at the University of Udine, I decided to pursue a second degree in Food Science at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Florence. This was to acquire a comprehensive and appropriate education in the field of nutrition, integrating it with my medical knowledge to provide highly qualified service to my patients.
There are far too many opportunists who ride the wave of nutrition trends, posing as experts. However, the subject is complex and multifaceted, requiring specialized and in-depth studies. It is, first and foremost, an ethical and professional responsibility towards patients.
During my educational journey, I focused on nutrition during pregnancy and further specialized in nutrition for various sports disciplines.
